No protected health information (PHI)

This website does not collect, request, or store any protected health information. Please do not include patient names, identifiers, specimens, results, or any PHI in any form or message on this site. The navisLIMS product itself handles PHI under separate, contracted terms with each laboratory customer; that is governed by your customer agreement and Business Associate Agreement, not by this policy.

What we collect

When you submit the “Request a demo” form, we collect the details you provide — your name, work email, organization, role, the stage your lab is in, the tests you mention, your areas of interest, and any notes. We may also collect basic, non-identifying technical information (such as your browser type) needed to serve the site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to you about arcminute and navisLIMS. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

How it’s handled

Form submissions are processed through our website form provider and reach us by email. We retain them only as long as needed to follow up and maintain our records of the conversation.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve submitted at any time by emailing privacy@arcminute.io.
